Trial activation and purchases

The installed app sends a product-specific, one-way identifier derived from your Windows device to enforce the original 14-day trial and one-device license across profiles on that device. Raw Windows identifiers, prompts, media, model inventories, and local paths are not sent. We retain trial dates and device assignments to prevent trial resets and license sharing.

Stripe processes payment details. We retain your order identifier, purchase email, payment status, device assignment, update entitlement, and the purchase terms and consent you accepted for license delivery, support, fraud prevention, and applicable recordkeeping obligations. This website does not receive your full card number. Stripe stores the card for the one-time charge you authorize after the trial. We retain a one-way, environment-specific hash of Stripe’s card fingerprint to limit repeat trials, plus the scheduled invoice, trial deadline, and cancellation state. Secure browser cookies prove access to your receipt and installer; access is checked against current order status.

Owner purchase testing uses ChatGPT authentication and a server-side owner allowlist. It does not grant visitors access to test checkout. Licensing and purchase records are separate from optional marketing subscriptions.

Business reporting and support

This purchase website records public page views, navigation clicks, download requests and their outcomes, and rejected licensing or payment requests in an activity timeline and daily aggregates. Page records contain a timestamp, fixed page name, and broad source category, such as search, email, or direct. They do not store IP addresses, visitor identifiers, complete referrer addresses, search terms, or creative content, and do not use tracking cookies. They honor browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. Reports may be retained to compare business performance over time.

Verified checkout, trial, cancellation, payment, and license activation events are operational records linked to your order. The owner receives activity alerts by email and can review them in a private admin console. Azure Communication Services sends trial receipts, charge reminders, cancellation confirmations, and payment notices. We retain send attempts and provider delivery status to resolve failures. These operational messages are separate from marketing subscriptions; disabling analytics or marketing does not stop essential billing messages.

The owner dashboard uses purchase and activation records to provide customer support. Support case subjects, categories, status, linked order identifiers, and an audit of owner actions are retained for support and account security. Please do not send activation keys, passwords, private prompts, or media unless a support conversation specifically requires an appropriate secure method. The existing marketing website and waitlist have separate consent and reporting controls.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist, Lemon Latitude collects the email address or mobile phone number you submit, the time and wording of your consent, and limited campaign labels such as utm_source, utm_medium, and utm_campaign.

Why we use it

We use this information to manage the waitlist, confirm email requests, send private beta invitations and occasional product updates, understand which campaigns introduce interested people, prevent abuse, and honor unsubscribe or deletion requests.

What we do not collect

The waitlist does not collect your prompts, images, videos, model names, local filenames, paths, Session history, hardware details, or a device fingerprint. We do not sell your personal information or share mobile opt-in information with third parties for their marketing.

Service providers

Our website hosting, database, payment, email, and future messaging providers process the information needed to operate licensing, purchases, support, and the waitlist. Hosting providers also process network and request metadata, including IP addresses, for delivery, security, and service diagnostics; these operational logs are separate from our aggregate traffic counters. They do not receive your Lemon Latitude creative content through these services.

Retention and your choices

We keep waitlist records while the beta and launch program is active or until you unsubscribe. Email messages include an unsubscribe option. For text messages, reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. You can also request access or deletion at privacy@lemonlatitude.com.

Product privacy

This notice covers the website, licensing, and waitlist. The Windows MVP’s image creation, editing, and sharpening workflows run locally; the waitlist does not change that architecture.

Changes

We update the effective date when this notice changes materially. We will not quietly expand waitlist collection into creative-content collection.
