License & purchase terms.

14 days free, then one charge

A card is required. Your free trial begins when Stripe confirms card setup at checkout and lasts 14 days, including download and model setup time. You authorize one $79 USD charge at the end unless you cancel before the deadline shown on your receipt. There is no recurring subscription or automatic renewal. One free trial is available per card and device; reinstalling does not restart it. An internet check is required when resuming the trial after restarting the app.

Cancel before the charge

Open your checkout receipt or manage your trial with your saved activation key, then choose Cancel trial before the displayed deadline. Cancellation is complete when the page confirms that no charge is scheduled. Download access ends when cancelled. Existing images and exports remain accessible. If cancellation fails, retry or contact support before the deadline.

$79 once, for one device

The introductory price is $79 USD. This is a personal, nonexclusive license to install and use Lemon Latitude on one device at a time. Do not share or resell your activation key. Contact support before replacing your licensed device. This purchase does not include cloud generation, storage, or a subscription.

12 months of updates

Your purchase includes app releases dated within 12 calendar months of payment. Eligible versions remain licensed afterward and can run offline. Later upgrades may be offered separately; there is no automatic renewal. Third-party model licenses continue to govern those models.

All sales final

We do not offer voluntary refunds. All sales are final except where required by law. Use the 14-day trial to check compatibility and suitability before buying. Nothing in these terms limits nonwaivable rights or remedies for faulty or nonconforming digital products.

Trial and license delivery

Verified card setup provides an activation key and trial download access on the completion page. Save the key to activate the app, manage or cancel the trial, and reinstall on your licensed device. After the scheduled payment succeeds, the same key grants the paid license. A declined payment or additional bank authentication must be resolved before paid access is granted. Keep your Stripe receipt and contact support if delivery fails. Nothing in this checkout limits mandatory consumer rights.

Your work and privacy

Your prompts and media are processed locally. Licensing uses a product-specific device identifier, trial dates, and payment records as explained in our privacy notice. You remain responsible for the rights to material you use and create.
